Can we use two or more systems at the same time?

Sure! PTM-10 supports multi-set operation with up to 5 systems in the 900 MHz band and up to 4 systems in the 500 MHz band.

My bodypack says"MUTE" so I am hearing nothing. How can I fix this?

The bodypack receiver will show MUTE when it did not receive signal from the transmitter base unit. When you synchronize them together and the receiver received signal, the RF signal displace will show signal strength and the MUTE will automatically disappear. For the IR sync process. Once you select desired frequency and the screen shows "Ir -------", please aim the IR window of the bodypack to the IR window on the transmitter base unit (the red flash), then they will automatically sync within several seconds. How do you mount two transmitters side by side in a rack case?

You can mount one system in one rack space using the antenna kit included in the package. For side by side installation, you can use our dual rackmounting kit.

Would this transmitter audio to 2 bodypacks? If so can I purchase a second bodypack?

The PTM-10 is a selectable frequency system, you can connect as many bodypack receivers as you want to the base transmitter unit. Only need to make sure you syn the bodypacks to the same frequency as the transmitter's. PTM-10 Bodypack

Does the PTM-10 system allow each person the ability to have their own personal mix in their ear or does each receiver receive the same mix from the digital console?

Each bodypack will receive the same mixes from the transmitter. However, the highlight of PTM-10 is the stereo function and it can send two different mixes to both ears with one transmitter. Set the bodypack to MONO mode and pan to select which input you want. The mono audio will go to your both ears. In this way, you can have two bodypack listenings to two different mixes with one system.

Can you use any earbuds with this system?

Yes, the bodypack interface designed with standard 3.5mm TRS, it will compatible with other headphones and earbuds.
