1. Which system should I buy?

2. Can I get a lapel or headset instead of a handheld?
Yes, add the AIR-BX-B1 bodypack, which includes both, and pair it to any channel.
3. Will it work with my speakers or mixer?
Almost certainly. Receivers have a balanced XLR output per mic plus a 6.35 mm mixed output, which fit virtually every mixer, amplifier and powered speaker.
4. Is it easy to set up?
Yes. Pair each mic by pointing it at the receiver (IR sync). The AIR-B4 also has Auto Scan to find clear frequencies for you.
Compliance and quality
5. Is it legal to use in Australia?
Yes. TrueWave Pro AIR systems are RCM certified, tested to AS/NZS 4268 and operate below 694 MHz, in the band set aside for wireless microphones.
6. How far does it reach?
Up to 100 m line of sight. Indoors, walls and people reduce that, but it comfortably covers typical halls and churches.
7. Do the mics need batteries?
No AAs. Each mic has a removable rechargeable 18650 lithium cell good for about 10 hours per charge; charging cables are included. See rechargeable vs AA.

9. How much is shipping?

10. How fast will it arrive?
In-stock items usually dispatch the next business day after payment clears. Delivery time then depends on your location.
11. Can I get a quote or invoice for my school, church or business?

12. Do prices include GST?
Yes, all prices on msmav.com.au are in AUD and include GST. You receive a tax invoice with every order.
After you buy
13. What warranty do I get?
12 months, handled by MSM AV in Australia, in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. See warranty, returns and support explained.
14. Can I return it if I change my mind?
Unopened items in perfect condition can be returned within 30 days for a refund, exchange or credit. Opened items may be accepted at our discretion. Full details in our returns policy.
15. Can I buy spare parts later?
Yes, spare handhelds, bodypacks and charging docks are sold separately.
